Cute little logo. (The yellow tends to disappear, though.)

Thanks! I was playing with ideas for a logo last night and couldn't get it quite right. This was the best I could come up with :)

It's not a substitute for mayo, but my favorite sandwich spread is pesto. Can you eat that?

Angela - Sure! I love pesto! Would you put it in a potato salad. I would think it would be tasty. Do you have a good (and easy) recipe for pesto? I've never made it.

Chile - Is that logo a little better?

Much better!

Hi Heather-
I probably wouldn't use pesto in potato salad, but it actually might be good.
I learned how to make pesto from an Italian friend from Milan.
In a blender- combine olive oil, lots of basil (the size of a bunch they sell at market), grated fresh parmesan, and pinenuts or walnuts.
You have to play with it to get the consistency right. It really is easy and delicious. And you can keep it in the refrigerator to use on pasta or as a sandwich spread.

Sorry I forgot to look back at this post even though I've visited the blog several times since.

Angela - Looks like I'm going to have to break down and buy a blender one of these days. That sounds REALLY good!
