Just found this chart yesterday on the Pick Texas website (click on the image to enlarge). Do you see all the fruit that starts popping up next month? Woohoo! I got an email from a friend suggesting a trip to DeZavala Vineyards (Franklin, TX) who will be harvesting blackberries, blueberries and raspberries this June. If we pick our own, it's $3 a pound. Anyone interested in going as a group? We could make a really fun day of it....a picnic maybe???
